These terms cover your use of redact.photos, run by Elowin Labs LLC ("we"). By using the site you agree to them.
The tool
redact.photos helps you blur parts of photos and videos inside your own browser. It is free and offered as is. Detection can miss faces, plates and other details, so you are responsible for checking every result before you share it. We do not promise that any file is fully anonymised.
Your files
Your files stay on your device and remain yours. You must have the right to use and edit any file you open here.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to break the law, to harm or harass anyone, or to disrupt the service, for example by automated mass requests.
No warranty
The site is provided without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. It may change or stop at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from a face, plate or detail that was not hidden. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. This does not take away protections of your own country's consumer law.
